Offerings Include:
Coaching for Adults
I will support you in cultivating secure and loving relationships with the various parts inside yourself. The younger parts, the scared parts, the parts that feel stuck, the parts that are longing to be heard and understood. Together we will care and tend to your internal world.
The science of human bonding leaves a clear map for relational healing - this map will be our guide. I call it Attachment Magic (!) and I specialize in this transformational modality.
I will also offer you resources and practices to encourage nervous system education, which will help you navigate the shifting states of your nervous system with more ease.
I have experience supporting folks through bipolar challenges, depression and anxiety, abuse, apathy, grief, relationship struggles, chronic health difficulties and more. I’ve also given consultations to therapists, social workers, bodywork practitioners and other professionals in the giving fields of work, as these times require big support for those who are in service!
Mentorship for Teens
It is such a difficult time to be a teenager. I help teens navigate anxiety and depression, tricky relationships,
challenges at school, general overwhelm, creativity and dreams, sexuality exploration, gender expansion, loss and confusion about the state of the world and so much more.
I have extensive experience supporting youth in the following areas: social/emotional learning, wilderness therapy, music, neurodiversity, divorce of family members, death, loss, difficult transitions, neglect and abuse.
Grief Support
The art of grieving needs to be learned and supported through relational care. This is one of my most enlivened passions.
I will offer you a supportive place to unfold your experiences of grief, as together we will navigate your shifting internality of loss.
